Delete a Healthly account.
Send a request to permanently delete a Healthly account and its associated app data. If you can still sign in, you can delete your account immediately in the app instead.
Before you send
We will verify the account first.
Use the email address associated with the account. The request is sent to Healthly at hello@healthlyai.com and recorded for the team to process. We may need to confirm that you control the account before deletion begins.
Deletion is permanent.
Once the account and associated data are deleted, they cannot be restored.
