How does Healthly estimate a meal?

Healthly uses AI to estimate the meal. You can review and edit the ingredients, portions, calories, and macros before saving.

The estimate is not exact or medical nutrition advice. Add details and make corrections when they matter to your decision.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed in the store account used to subscribe.

Open Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions to review, change, or cancel the store subscription.

Can I change my nutrition targets?

Yes. Open Profile, then Goals and Daily Targets in Healthly to review your calorie and macro targets. A target is a planning tool and can be adjusted as your goals or circumstances change.

How do I request account deletion?

Use the Delete Account page to start a request and review the information needed to verify the account. Contact support if you cannot access the request flow.

Where can I read how Healthly handles personal information?

Read the current Privacy Policy for information about the data Healthly collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Email support with a question about your own data.

Does Healthly provide medical advice?

No. Healthly provides nutrition tracking, educational information, estimates, and coaching support within the stated service scope. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or dietetic care. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for symptoms, an active or suspected eating disorder, pregnancy-related needs, or decisions requiring diagnosis.

Can I request a copy of my data?

Email hello@healthlyai.com with the request. Healthly may need to verify that the request relates to your account before providing account data.
